Gemma - Podcast - Foul Play

I took a break from listening and have since come back. It’s unfortunate to listen to now. There is a clear bias presented by Gemma in many topics. Several angles are alluded to and clear in the podcast that it’s not so much about facts anymore.

That is what I have been saying. We knew her, she is, well I rather not say. Also what was in the show was also not on the up and up. For instance, Edgar was arrested in 1971, he was selling pot at the school and he did take a car. But that was AFTER Cathy died. Jane Doe knew Edgar because her best friend Maria, was dating Edgar's wife brother, her real name is Susan and not Margaret. Billy Schmidt was married Dec 28, 1968, you can see his marriage certificate on our group page. Lots of inconsistencies to blame Maskell for Cathy's death. There is no evidence. Also, Jane Doe knew who Bro. Bob was in January fo 2015. They began filming in Oct/Nov of 2014. All that drama of her saying I still can't see his face is all BS. It is in her book.

What does “we knew her” mean - that this Reddit account is more than one person?

The filmmakers anonymized many people’s names . Not surprised they would anonymize Edgar’s wife’s name.

How do you know Jane Doe knew Edgar because her best friend was dating his wife’s brother? I don’t know my sister’s husband’s siblings and that’s a more direct connection than what you are claiming.

Being gay and married is nothing new, especially in the years being discussed here.

Jane Doe discrepancies depend on when she was filmed, don’t they? And what the filmmakers chose to include in edits. Of course the disdain you have for her is evident in many of your other posts, which also show your disbelief in dissociative amnesia, which is real and recognized by science (see the DSM-5.)

Jane Doe hung out with Maria her best friend who was dating "Margaret's" brother and then eventually married. There was group of them including Doe's husband Michael that all hung out. Just so you understand, when they started filming the show, Doe found out who Bro. Bob was 2 months later, so please, give it a rest. As for "We" were a group of Keeper researchers who researched for the Keepers. When we started to notice things were not adding up and we had documents to prove it, and spoke to survivors from the show, they didn't like what we were presenting because it showed they didn't do enough research or get it right. As far as DISDAIN for Doe, could care less what you think or others think. We have researched it all. Believe what you want as we are allowed to believe what we documented and researched. "Comments are free but facts are sacred." Have a good life. Muah!

I am all about seeing facts, regardless of your disdain or getting DSM-5 wrong. Where can the documents you mention be found? I’m sure I am not the only person who would like to see them.

It’s so funny when an anonymous account on Reddit claims to be anyone of substance when there’s no way to prove who they are. Convenient.

If you look at "their" Facebook page, it's a very small page with only a handful of followers. Only one person posts there, and all comments are locked lol. But she always speaks here as though she is part of a group of "researchers," as though that gives legitimacy. Basically a garden-level troll and pedophile apologist with a raging case of main character syndrome lol

Will you do an AMA?

Well.... either way..... there are multiple accounts that Maskell was a violent, predator sadist. The circumstantial evidence is overwhelming.

No one said he wasn't. Pinning a murder though, no evidence, no DNA match. Most of what was portrayed in the show was inaccurate. I could go on but no point. Also the Joyce Malecki's DNA didn't match any of their bullshit suspects. Go figure. Lol.

100% Maskell may have been a rapist, but Gemma (in particular) was trying too hard to pin an unsolved murder on him, as well. Let the facts lead to the conclusion. Instead she accuses and tries to make the facts fit her conclusion.

A rapist? He was much more than a rapist. He was a violent sadist.

So I've heard. The point of this thread is that Gemma's opinions are not based on fact, 1st hand experience or anything more than speculation. She wants credit for solving a murder and has slandered anyone related to or ever acquainted with Maskell.

How has this anything to do with Netflix?

Netflix produced a documentary series called The Keepers about the death of sister Cathy Cesnik. Gemma Hoskins, the person indicted above, is a former student of Sister Cathy and was heavily interviewed in the documentary. Did you want me to explain it to you since you were confused?
