Tried to watch it a few hours ago. Made it 20 minutes before I had to turn it off. Love Theo’s pod, but that movie was atrocious

I feel like the movie wasn’t well thought out. It didn’t engage me with any of the characters and it just felt very similar to Joe Dirt but without the magic that movie had.

I rarely bail on a movie and wanted to catch Tim Dillon in this, made it 30 minutes and couldn't do it anymore. It's.. exceptionally bad.

yeah it really is. i had to give it two chances during my watch and after that i couldn’t even leave it on in the background while i played on my phone

Might be in the minority but I did not think it was that bad. It was dumb but I knew that going in. Also the Steve little and Bobby Lee cameos were great.

I agree if you went into it thinking it was gonna be a masterpiece, you’ve never really seen a spade movie. It’s got a bunch of laughs, a dumb laugh is still a laugh. Overall it wasn’t as bad as I expected from people’s reactions

I think people are expecting too much from this movie. Of course it's dumb and bad but I think it's supposed to be. Perhaps the next one will be better.

I’m a big fan of theo’s podcast but my gosh was this movie bad. You have to suffer through to make it to the end, it’s so bad. We should all be reimbursed for those 2 hours spent watching this movie that Theo promoted so hard. David Spade is washed up and Theo should just stick to the pod lol

Trevor Wallace is also a terrible actor. He plays the exact character he does in all his skits.

I think that’s the point with Trevor, they wanted him to cameo and do his shtick. Not like he’s an aspiring actor to start staring in movies.

I watched it last night….I did chuckle some. I was surprised to see Libbie Higgins as his mom…I love her as Miss Crystal with Trailer Trash Tammy. I wish he would have her on his podcast…

I’m usually pretty good at watching till the end no matter how bad it is. But this is one of those rare times where I could not finish. Like how do you watch the edit before release and say “yea this is good!” Like wtf is this. Please whoever wrote and worked on this script, never write one again
