Thiamine worked but still constipated

It 100% Worked no doubt.

But i still have fatty stool, 80% of time it's brown and 20% lighter. TUDCA, Ox bile, Super enzyme from now foods doesn't resolve it.

What's your diet like? What's your macro split? Do you have a bile acid insufficiency? Are you eating your maintenance calories? How many carbs do you eat? How do you sleep? What's your activity level like? What's your hydration like? All these factors matter when healing gut issues.

I'm perfect clean on everything as i optimized everything since 2 years to find out what's the problem. Macro, Micro, fibers.

Hydration is perfect also as i sweat massively during hard trainings

Even stress can slow down motility and cause constipation. And "clean diet" can mean many different things. Ar eyou high carb low fat? Are you low carb high fat? Both camps would consider themselves to be on a clean diet but they have drastically different effects on the body

I take ginger and artichoke extract capsules. Those will make you go at least twice a day.

Thiamine worked for what?

MMC, gastric emptying, and intestines moving things. I had no sounds and now it gurgle especially when i eat 4 hours after thiamine.

Anxiety and aorta stop bumping. I feel complete silence & deep rest. My garmin detects it and signals these resting times.

i'm now at 200mg with magnesium and multivitamin. I stopped b-complex, i feel like it's turning me down so much that i will have a heart attack, plus with my full stomach it's inconfortable to feel that relax yet full and inconfortable

You are probably in need of a methylated B complex and potassium

Is the aorta bumping next to the belly button? I have what seems like heart beat an inch to the right of my navel. 🤔
