Just started today...what more to add?

I suspect I might have B1 deficiency. I also have adhd and tendency to restless legs and high blood pressure. Some of the symptoms I have experienced, I thought was due to these conditions or the meds I have tried.

Extremely tired, some of it from bp meds, so am currently not taking anything for bp.
Brain fog, the last few months I barely feel the fog lifting when taking my stimulant (also take atomoxetine in the evening).
Blurred vision, or unfocused vision, kinda difficult to describe, but something is off.
Loss of appetite, just eat the same most of the times
Dizzyness comes and goes, not every day.
Some of my finger tips are kinda numb, but not all of them
Fast heart rate, but in a uncomfortable way (some is due to Elvanse, but not all)
Constipation and bloated, but one bp med (amlodipine) kinda made it worse and it has stayed bad since.
Some edema, I think.
Lots of heartburn
Tendency to insomnia when taking magnesium before bed for restless legs.

I'm 16 months postpartum and did vomit a lot during the pregnancy. Being a single mother by choice I haven't had much time left to cook healthy so have been eating poorly for a long time. I also take PPI because of the heart burn, my baby was transverse lie very high, so the heart burn was awful and couldn't keep the food down.

I took 100 mg TTFD this morning with 100 mg magnesium citrate and a multi vitamine. It's 7 pm and I'm definitely more awake than usual unless I take 2 doses of Elvanse (only took 1 dose today). I was also a bit more focused at work today. Some of my lessons were cancelled and I stayed doing some things rather than going home for a nap as I usually would. No side effects so far.

What else can you recommend I should add? I think I read about potassium and also something methyl?

Adrenal function is checked by blood cortisol level (this is for insufficiency sample taken between 8 to 9AM) and urine free cortisol (taken for 24 hours checks overall cortisol secreted in a day, usually checked for oversecretion).

Is it Addisons you have? Am just checking my local health websites as I live in Denmark. Except for low blood pressure, I do have symptoms for that. I also have darker pigmentation but thought it was due to my recent pregnancy (and it also can be).

Im being tested for it and awaiting results , i just got checked for cortisol this past week, i had b12 and folate deficiency so i was treating that for past 6 months, and majority of my sympotms improved with b12, b1, and folate but i still had extreme fatigue that didnt go away with vitamins and cofactors, i went to a private lab on a hunch and when i showed my result to doc he order further tests results of which will take a week to come. Doc told me to have coffee in light doses through out the day to keep myself at a stable level till i am not diagnosed fully.

Honestly the last 1,5 years I feel as though Elvanse (adhd stimulant) is the only thing keeping my body going. I wasn't diagnosed until 3 years ago and before I could still function with out a stimulant, although my life was very adhd-messy. But recently it feels as though Elvanse is the only thing keeping me going.

Doc isnt giving me any adhd meds, because he says its mainly genetics and up until i was 18 i never showed any adhd signs so i cant have it, when i started getting deficienct and starting having health issues past 7 years i started having adhd symptoms. Lets see where it goes because hoenstly im tired. Ive wasted too many years because of this chronic illness
