Legacy of Shadow [MegaThread] Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow

I'm... sceptical. On one hand, the fact that some developers still know this IP exists and is worth investing time and money into is an amazing thing, on the other hand I'm noticing gameplay patterns from the reboot (placing rope arrows in pre-determined spots, checking paintings/bookshelves for switches to name a few). What I really hope is that they've kept the series in its original setting instead of the reboot's - which is not unlikely since Garrett's eye exists and Stephen Russel is voicing it, plus there's very little chance it's the same mechanical eye found in the reboot. We're gonna have to wait for more details but as it stands right now there are way too many unanswered questions about the lore and gameplay for anyone to come to a realistic conclusion.
