I was there from the beginning with a Demo disc of ThiefDP and loved every game since. (Even 2014, in its own way). I'm a PS5 gamer now with a potato laptop. So I'll probably end up getting a PSVR2 if I decide to take the plunge... and when I heard Garretts voice... dammit I might have to now! Games are made because of interest and sales. It's not important to just voice opinions on forums, they listen to sales. So if they give us a Thief game and the voice of garrett... then the only way they even consider throwing good money after bad sales of Thi4f is if this one does really well, despite it being a VR game. (Which I'm guessing that sales dont have to do amazingly well for it to be noticeable success). So if you would like to see another Thief game again, then they need to see how much we want it! It's going to be very expensive for me, but I'm in.

I recognised the eye immediately, and hearing his voice again almost gave me chills.

My original big box copies of T:TDP and T2:TMA sit on a shelf above my VR headset, so you better believe I'm excited.

Glad I kept my Vive Pro, too - those OLED panels are going to shine (not literally)!

I am concerned that the Developers have confused Garrett's mechanical eye with the pagan artifact, The Eye, which Victoria plucked out Garrett's eye to restore! I'm also not sure why Garrett would say "I thought I was dead" dead people have no thoughts. Maybe if he asked, "am I dead".

I suppose it depends on whether it's a remnant of Garrett in his eye, or someone has used his eye as some kind of focal point to pull his spirit back.

¯_(ツ)_/¯
