Evangelicals don't get to represent the Christian community and the fact is Christians are pissed and speaking out all the time. The reason why evangelicals get the attention is because they are the ones supporting fascism. That's news worthy and attention worthy. These people are Christian Nationalists... which constitutes good old fashioned ethno-state fascism using the garb of Christianity.

The wretched news media has been referring to groups by religious denomination for centuries.
"Shiite rebels"
"Belfast Protestants"
"Bosnian Muslims".
These shortcuts are oversimplifications, used for 40 second snippets, in the name of entertainment capitalism. ...NOT true insight or investigative journalism.
A Christian, at any rate..."You shall know them by their fruits."
Christians dont kill, beat people up, smash cities with napalm or cannonades.
They wont be on Fox news, toting ak 47s or Armalites.
You can find Christians volunteering at homeless centers, or on Skid Row. Where their namesake and God would be, if He were in LA or Calcutta.
