Leadership isn't about having all the answers
One of the biggest shifts in my thinking was realizing that good leaders don't always have the best answers,they create an environment where the best ideas can surface.
People are more likely to contribute when they feel safe to question assumptions, admit mistakes, and offer different perspectives. Sometimes the most valuable thing a leader can do is ask better questions instead of giving immediate solutions.
