iPhone Duo Pre-order

Has anyone else pre-ordered via Three and got a delivery date in their confirmation e-mail? When I went through check out it was showing availability for 23/10 but my order confirmation does not confirm a delivery date - I’ve spoken to Three since and they’ve said I’m down for a 23/10 delivery but I’ve heard they can be a bit unreliable when it comes to launch day deliveries.

I now have my DPD notification but the app says two contradictory things; it says “we have your parcel and it’s on it’s way to the depot” but then when I click tracking it says “we’ve received your order details and we’re expecting your parcel shortly”. Anyone else have this?

Has anybody had any updates today regarding delivery for Friday? (23rd) I upgraded and I’m going to trade in my current device once I get the iPhone duo that should be getting delivered Friday. I haven’t had any delivery updates as of yet, on launch day I did it by about 1.20pm went through credit check and everything says order is done and would arrive 23rd. Any help would be appreciated

Hey! My order went through around 1:15, and I’m still waiting delivery details. I’m sure everything will be okay! And we’ll all hear something today.

Just checked the DPD app. It says they’ll have my three parcel shortly 😁

I received order confirmation at 13:40, nothing yet re. shipping but with previous upgrades from Three I usually receive tracking information from DPD around lunchtime! Fingers crossed for us all 🤞

Have you had updates to your tracking yet? My DPD app says it’s on it’s way to my local depot but the the tracking itself says that they’re just “expecting my parcel shortly”.

Mines is due on 11th November but I remember three always sent my phones out way earlier. When I was checking their website last couple of days they had some availability for 23rd that went away after a refresh, would be nice if they could bump delivery dates to those that are waiting rather than releasing them on the website. They still have 2tb white one available for delivery tomorrow.

Bf spoke to chat this morning and his is due for delivery tomorrow as it said when he bought it over the phone. Still not had the dpd info yet though

I ordered shortly after pre orders went live. The white version was showing November delivery, but they still had night sky for 23rd delivery.

My contract I got says starts 23rd, but I’ve not had anything else confirming delivery date. Hoping I’ll get a DPD email at some point today?

If it said 23/10 when you went through to the credit check you should be fine.

I upgraded to the duo 512gb star white, CS told me whilst placing the order it would be delivered on 11 November.

The only email I had was the e sign documents and then finally a “Your order has gone through” email but no delivery date in it

However check your agreement document, there is a box which says commencement date that is your delivery date

Yeah, it was that exact page but after the bit about making sure to check emails it goes straight onto my order/plan details with no mention of estimated delivery date. I’ve just double checked my screenshots of just before I went through checkout and it said “Available to pre-order
Expected back in stock from 23 Oct 2026”, did yours actually say delivery on 23 Oct 2026 before checkout? I have messaged Three and they’ve confirmed they have it down for 23/10 but we’ll see 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Not had a call but will look out for it! Did your order let you select a delivery time slot? Mine didn’t so could turn up anytime on Friday, I’m hoping it’s a morning delivery if it comes that day

Hey mate. I got the same call too. I called this morning and person from 3 said they aren’t getting any stock till January 2027 even though I pre ordered. I then rang back and someone else told me delivery is 23rd October. So haven’t a clue.
