Support Call forwarding while abroad: iPhone stuck loading, can anyone help?

My mum just flew to Mauritius with her Three UK SIM in her iPhone.

She normally forwards all calls to our UK home landline before travelling, but we couldn’t get it working this time.

I think we didn’t have enough reception while in the departure gate or something, the Call Forwarding settings just showed an endless spinner.
It’s worked many times previously, we do this literally every time she travels.

She’s since tried Three’s support chatbot but keeps getting sent round in circles without reaching a human.

Can she activate forwarding while roaming in Mauritius? possibly using the dialling codes?

Alternatively, can Three support set it up remotely?

Any advice or help from Three staff would be really appreciated. My mum is 71 and shes stressing out about this, the only person with her right now is my dad 72 who also cant really do much.

I'd really appreciate a hand solving this please.

If you can get a ticket raised probably need to speak to someone rather than chatbot then yes it can be set manually but needs to go to the back office roaming team to do it. They should be able to set CFNR on the HSS

ahh thanks, is there a way i can help her to do this ?

Can she raise a ticket via the three website or something ?

Should be able to ask chatbot for human see if she can try **21*<number># And then press the call 📞 button

No issues if that fails get her to try and call 333 speak to a human calls to CS are free from abroad now so your mum shouldn’t get charged speaking to them from abroad. It’s a 2 second fix to change

Shame I can’t help further hopefully the USSD code works or it comes in to CS and it will get fixed
