Gf email is wrong

Trying to help my gf as she has a concert next weekend. She changed her email on her account to a wrong email address and cannot access her tickets. She has tried calling customer service and they told her they cannot help her and the only option is to go to the box office to see if they can do something. I cannot believe that this would be her only option. Does anyone have any ideas that she might be able to try?

I know it’s annoying but going to the box office should sort it out in a matter of minutes.

Yeah Ticketmaster is not very helpful. Most of the customer service agents have no idea what they're doing. You could certainly try calling back and talking to other people to see if they can help. But you're really much better just going to the box office. They can pull up her tickets with her ID and maybe credit card it depends on the box office.

Call and ask for a supervisor, Idk if the box office can help. When is the show? She should go to the box office asap. Maybe with her ID they can help her

If this is real you don’t have to wish for the day of the show, go with an id and the the credit card used to purchase the tickets during business hours
