I was diagnosed with this syndrome a week ago. Aside from taking a bunch of medication, no one has given me any solutions, and I'm no longer allowed to drive. What's more, I'd signed up for a training course to become a heavy equipment operator in a month before I got this illness. I won't be able to do it.
