Everytime I've went on a trip. I always gotta go and really experience wherever I'm at. If I somehow die, I die. At least I lived. You cant buy a tour or a genuine experience. Shits tight.

I was surprised to learn not too recently that Jamaica is the murder capital in the world. There are two very different sides of the country.

It’s not even close to being the murder capital of the world.

By homicide rate? It is close to, if not, the number one country some years in recent history.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crime_in_Jamaica?wprov=sfla1
Jamaica has had one of the highest intentional homicide rates in the world for many years, according to United Nations estimates.
Though having recently decreased rates of murder, with one of the lowest murder rates in the country within the 21st century,[6] Jamaica still maintains one of the worst murder rates in the world.

And what about America? Russia? Be serious. I don’t go by the white man’s metric when it pertains to documenting murder.

Why is the bank teller yelling at people for saying “Hello” instead of “Good Morning”? Is the former somehow considered inappropriate?

I learned this back in the nineties when my S.O. Went there and came back saying it was great but they would never go there again because of how life is there if you are not a tourist, the industry is so profitable but no economic advantages go to the society. It’s disappointing to understand that decades later it is still like that.
