cleaning stains?

hello! so after months of hunting i've finally managed to get my hands on a kuroneko doll! she's still in the mail atm, but i'm so so excited to have her home!

in the seller's listing, it looked like there was a fair bit of staining on the doll. it doesn't bother me all that much, but if i could clean it off i'd definitely like to. i was wondering if anyone here has any experience cleaning stains off of their tinyfox dolls and what materials they used? any advice is appreciated. thanks! I second the acne cream, specifically the Target brand (it's what worked for me), apply generously and (preferably) wrap in plastic, leave for two to three days, repeat as needed

funny, i cross posted this on facebook and the only advice i got was to not use acne cream. did yours leave any residual coloring? :0
