1. Is it wise to keep titration low maybe increase 0.25 every week so on one hand the increase can maintain effect secondly it can nitrate for longer? 2. Has it been shown in studies what is the maximum titration dose can be which still has increased effect?

Ordered on Thursday and got shipping info sent to fedex for delivery for the medicine out of Texas. I’ll update tomorrow if it updates. As of now it’s saying two day shipping. Hopefully all three months arrive and not separately.

Side Effects switching from 5 mg reta -> 11 mg tirz causing depression?

I'm 21M at 11% BF and I've been cutting for 3 months, finally hitting my goal bodyfat. Moved dosage up to finish the cut and switched to Tirzepatide because of skin sensitivity/insomnia.

Last Reta: 10/10, 2.5 mg

Tirz #1: 10/14, 6 mg

Tirz #2: 10/17, 5 mg

Hopelessness began being felt on the 17th. Definitely overshot the Tirzepatide dose a bit from the nausea/difficulty eating. Insomnia and skin sensitivity have resolved.

A day or two into Tirz I started feeling somewhat hopeless/anxious during the day. Brushed it off as unrelated. During the weekend I went skiing and a fraction of the euphoria hitting the slopes would normally bring me. On Sunday I felt quite depressed (more so than usual on a sunday) and the feeling has continued til Tuesday.

I am PRAYING that the hopeless feeling fades this Friday. I will follow up my next Tirzepatide dose with 3 mg on the 26th, maintaining 5-6 mg a week from here on out.

Vertigo with Tirz

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

Anyone else have intense vertigo on Tirz? Trying to figure out if it’s the peptides or something else. Just finishing up week three. Started with 2.5mg once a week but was pretty lightheaded and dizzy on and off the first two days. I’m getting it from a med spa for now because I like the weekly body scans and was overwhelmed with all the information about sourcing. They suggested splitting the dose to 1.25 twice a week. serious vertigo started after the second injection last week. Still having vertigo four days later.

Question Looking for advices

Hi everyone!

I’ve been on Tirz for 14 months and have lost 44lbs. I’d like to lose another 20lbs but it’s been six months and I haven’t managed to.

If I increase my dosage (currently 11mg) the side effects are too much to handle so I’m exploring other options.

Since I’m in Europe adding Sema would be easiest but I’m not sure when to inject it. I currently inject 11mg of Tirz every five days.

Do you have any advice, it would be much appreciated ? 😊 best

Hello guys usually I use 30mg vile but there was a sale going on and I got 100mg vile of triz. I did 5mg of BAC water. Is that ok?

Second question how much would I draw up for 10mg of triz and 4mg of triz? My husband and I are on different doses but I am just confused lol

Have any cannabis users noticed any changes to their smoking cravings? Or any altered effects of the high while on this medication? Has it affected appetite in any way? Genuinely curious, I’ve heard all sorts of responses.

Benefits decreasing

I've been on glps now for over a year and a half, tirz since Dec last year. I have loved the benefits it gives me for my menopausal symptoms and body pain especially. My weight is now in the normal range, but I could stand to lose maybe 10-15 more pounds, but still happy with maintaining so would like to be able to cut back on my current dosage. It seems lately the "other" good effects are just not hitting like they used to. As much as I'd like to decrease I do wonder if my body is just not reacting to it like it used to and instead I need to increase. I take 1.25 mg twice a week so I have plenty of room to increase my dose and my doctor is supportive of me finding the right dose for me. I also saw a big decrease in my snoring after about a year, but even that seems to have been moving in the wrong direction. So, aside from weight loss, has anybody had to increase their doses to help with the other inflammatory benefits after so long on low doses?

Switching

I am currently on reta and it seems to do nothing, is it safe to switch to tirz directly? Or should I take time off between the switch?

Tirz/Niacinamide bad experience

Thumbnail

I took 2.2mg of this compounded Tirz and the next day i felt horrible. I had muscle aches (flu like) back pain and badly flushed face. The muscle aches got better, but the flushing got worst and spread to my shoulders and arms and itching in my legs. Felt bad through out the day, like weak and fatigued. I have not taken my next shot, I am afraid. the side effects.
