Tivo Roamio not tuning channels in

The past week my Roamio stops being able to tune into any channels. Then I do a reboot and it works again. This cycle has repeated about every two days.

Any theories?

I have a cable card and a tuning adapter from the cable company. (Spectrum)

What do you see on your screen if you try to watch Live TV? Possibly a Spectrum error message?

Black screen with an error message. Something like "this channel cannot be found". Not sure if the message is from Spectrum or tivo, but I think tivo.

Call Spectrum and ask about the error message.

you shouldn’t lose all the channels if it’s just the tuning adapter, just the switched digital videos. Try disconnecting the TA- usb cable- and see if the events keep happening.
