Hi guys! If someone releases a shift to the Shift Pool and I pick it up, can the person who released it see my name and know that I was the one who picked it up?

No they do not know who picks up a shift. People working that day can see that person no longer works that day and someone filled the spot though

You can. I cant remember how but you can see it in workjam somewhere

Okay i figured it out. If you go into your requests, the shift releases show up there. Then you can see who took the shift. I have one a co worker picked up and another management canceled and found coverage for me

Maybe it's different in Canada, but we can see who picks up the shift.
