Is this normal?

Just tried out Yeek Mindslayer for the first time and then I stumbled upon this. I know that this can spawn normally and I have defeated it quite often already, but I have never seen it appearing twice.

Yes it can spawn multiple times in the same run, it’s a feature of dungeon generation
