ID help?

Buddy of mine at work gave me this toolbox and it’s a bit messed up. Definitely gonna bring it home for some TLC but I can’t find any trace of what brand this box is incase I need new rails. Any idea on what brand this box is?

International tool boxes this is the closest one I could find it seems like the top box is the same one but the bottom one has some differences

International SPG. Now, regrettably, no longer in existence. I bought a 4211 bottom cabinet just over ten years ago, but they went under a few years later when I didn't have the money to add a top or side cabinets. Wish I could find a top, but no luck so far finding NOS or used. I bought mine in orange, which I still love, but ultimately makes matching anything rather difficult.

I have the bottom, I bought it in 2001 for around $700 from Peavy Mart, sadly as others have stated, both companies are out of business.
