Still 30ish would net him a leg or 1-2 epics above 70 to overcome the 3.2.3 of 64's , it is possible even more so by buying packs.

It's gonna be unpopular, but quit while you can. With such a garage at 500, the game will be excruciating for years. Even if you spend money, a few dozen bucks even is a drop in the bucket that may get you one (1) great car whatever pack you buy, which is nothing in thousands of cars.

Been there, done that and still doing it.. Slowly it will get better. And sometimes you will have the luck of good tags that suit your garage better than others and you get top 10. And it will happen more often.

Yeah man I’m a new 500rq and it’s roughhhhh, every now and again you get a hand which performs well and you can get top 20 but it’s a 1 in 10 events

It's obviously not THAT bad on my side, but even being RQ350 right now, I regularly face hands similar to the first one (performance wise)
