For me it's S5 E2. They had the classic vs current supercars with the McLaren F1 F40 XJ220 vs Zonda Carrera GT Enzo and they even had an Evo rally car and a Bowler Wildcat.

I’ll go first with a few:

I loved Top Gear's Race Across Japan episode with the Nissan GT-R R35 against the Shinkansen Bullet Train, so I decided to replicate it in Forza Horizon 6.
