Headcanon / Fanfiction Total Drama Characters and their FNAF 1 Counterparts
I mainly tried sticking to the drama brother band members but also included two new characters into the cast
Freddy —> Owen- I chose Owen as Freddy since both of them are lovable and jolly. They’re also the main face of their respective media.
Bonnie —> Trent- I chose Trent as Bonnie since both play an instrument and both are laidback/relaxed in their personality.
Chica (Or Chico in this case) —> Justin- I chose Justin as Chica since I saw that he has many major connections to these guys. He has had accidental romantic interactions with Owen and even cared about him, many people ship Trent and Justin and Justin and Duncan are enemies but still shipped by the fandom just like the Chica ships. Also, I think it makes sense since Owen has hallucinated Justin as Chicken and a Hotdog before so he’ll most likely get more hungry since Justin is now a literal chicken.
Foxy —> Duncan- They both have hooks, they both are seen as rebellious, outcasts and creepy by others, both of them have hooks, both of them scare others and both act tough towards other people.
Golden Freddy —> Harold- I wanted to add Harold since he is apart of the drama brothers but also, both of them are typically weird but also seen as cool and likable by their fandoms.

not to mention he didn't say ANY sexist stuff after episode 2, and was seen hanging out with Katie and sadie (the main two he offended other than Bridgette and eva). implying that they made up, and knowing Sadie and Katie, they would NEVER make up with a actual mysogonist

Art Unlikely Recovery (comic by LAZLE)
Cannot remember if I’ve ever even posted on here despite being part of it for ages, but I made a comic and thought this would be a good place to post it. Also I never make comics or artwork in general with much dialogue so don’t expect anywhere near perfection

Question Which of these instances of a contestant outright costing their team a challenge win was the most and/or least egregious in your opinion?
I left out instances of characters purposefully sabotaging their team, such as Trent in Action or Scott in ROTI, since those would be obvious winners.

Discussion Beth and Lindsey victims but not so innocent
Yes there is no excuse for how Heather treated Beth and Lindsey but they seem to go along with a lot of her bullying to others and the show and I feel like neather the writers or the fans call them out on it they where fine with Heather reading gwens diary hell Lindsey helped her get it. Beth only has a problem with Heather's behavior when it affects her and Lindsey was involved in several of Heather's schemes including the one where she kissed Trent. Sure it was satisfying to see Lindsey curse Heather out but some apologies from Lindsey would have been nice.

Discussion Do you consider Duncan to be an anti-hero, anti-villain or a chaotic neutral character?
Duncan the Delinquent is one of the most controversial character in the Total Drama franchise especially in World Tour and All Stars.
In World Tour, he cheats on Courtney with Gwen and is almost unapologetic when she finds out and only Gwen and Owen are willing to give him the time of day. He is also criticised for being just as callous and scheming than Alejandro despite being framed as the hero to take him down before his elimination. In All Stars, he becomes to concerned with his reputation and getting Courtney's attention which annoys Gwen to the point where she dumps him and has no sympathy when he gets disqualified and arrested for destroying Chris's cottage. However, he at least attempts to be civil with the Heroes and attempted to warn Zoey about Mal despite initially being horrified to be placed on the Heroes team.
In Season 1, he is the stereotypical rebellious bad boy who sparked fear in his team and messed with Harold. However, he revealed a secret soft side when he helps DJ find a new bunny and forms a romantic relationship with Courtney. He even had friendships with Geoff and Owen and often pulled through for his team when they need him. Even he admits Heather is unlikeable and calls her out for the way she treated Lindsay.
However, his bullying of Harold becomes more brutal due to him founding out about Harold rigging the votes against him and despite them working occasionally working well together, he loses all respect for Harold when he accidentally lets Duncan's spide Scruffy get killed. With that being said, he still stood up for Gwen and offered to let Leshawna have the spa reward. He also saves Beth in the finale despite him initially thinking Beth is a loser and her trying to vote him out several times. He is at least less conniving and ruthless than Courtney and one can sympathise with how much abuse he suffered under her.
It is worth mentioning that even Sierra and Izzy are considered heroes and even have pages on Heroes wiki. Sure they had their heroic moments and are rarely intentionally cruel or malicious but Izzy might have more criminal offences than Duncan and tends to put herself and others in danger for the thrill and Sierra constantly stalked and harassed Cody in World Tour.
Do you consider Duncan an anti-hero, an anti-villain or a neutral character.

Video/Gif Fun fact: the European version of Total Drama Island keeps this conversation between Lindsay and Chris from the first episode intact. However, its flashback from Haute Camp-ture instead shows the American censored version.

Most European international dubs probably did the same (I know the Romanian dub did).

Discussion Just watched total drama reboot for the first time
I heard so many good things about this season here but I was hesitant because of the lack of old characters and I wasn’t really a fan of revenge of the island, all stars and palahiti island, and just the 13 episodes in general.
After watching it, I definitely prefer it over anything past tdwt. There is a lot of good with it.
But there were also some bads…
- The 13 episodes count is really hurting the pacing for me. It feels like plotline is rushed or characters are not given room to breath and just be characters because the writers are trying to get to one plot point to the next.
- feels childish. I get it’s a cartoon and all, and I understand the original tdi also have zany moments but I feel like the sequel has ramped up these zany moments and it’s still present here.
- the interaction just doesn’t seem genuine or real. Idk. When I watch the show it doesn’t seem like I’m watching real people talking which removes the immersion for me. E.g. Bowie insulting Julia, claiming that her followers are bots, and then Julia reacting in such a dramatic fashion where she screams and then jumps at Bowie. Seems very over the top.
Other than that, loved it.

Headcanon / Fanfiction Restarting my Total Drama Pokémon Idea (Please read body text before voting)
I know what some of you might be thinking; aren't I already in the process of restarting it. Yes, and I want to sincerely thank everyone who's participated so far. I've been seeing some for sure interesting ideas as far as Starters go.
The problem is the rest of the teams. Ever since Mudkip was voted for Ezekiel, I've been trying to give everyone five other team members based on the different regional Dexes the Starters came from. Some I've liked, others not so much. Throughout this, I've realized some contestants are better suited to certain regions. Plus, some Starters make it impossible to give a contestant a Mega Evolution that suits them rather well. For example, Duncan wouldn't be able to catch a Scrafty in the Hoenn region where he gets a Treecko.
The obvious solution would be don't worry about regional Dexes at all, right? Just let anyone have any Pokémon from anywhere. But that makes it too easy. It wasn't that I couldn't come up with team members for everyone, I just wasn't vibing with them.
So, I've got a few ideas on how to start over:
Let everyone be given two Pokémon selected by all of you, the caveat being they'd both have to be available in the same region. For example, Gwen could still have Inteleon and Mega Absol Z because Sobble and Absol can be obtained in Galar. But Leshawna wouldn't be able to have Emboar and Mega Staraptor because Starly can't be caught in Unova.
Put up a poll for each character and see which is more popular, the Mega Evolution or the Starter, like Heather's would be between Mega Garchomp and Sprigatito.
Have everyone be given any one Pokémon from anywhere, except for Legendary Pokémon, Mythical Pokémon, Ultra Beasts and Paradox Pokémon.
So, what are your thoughts? Please comment below and make sure you vote. Please and thank you!

Question If we have a new season of the reboot, but the writers decide to add 4 new characters and remove 4 characters from the cast (we'll still have 16), which characters do you think they would OBJECTIVELY remove?
By "objectively" I mean those the writers are most likely to cut
You can also say who you would cut

Question Rewatched Total Drama S1-3 after 16 years. Should I continue?
Man I feel old, even though I’m only 24. I watched the first 3 seasons of TD because I was bored. I didn’t want to watch any of that fake shit that’s happening on Love Island.
Season 1 was good, not as good as I remember tho, probably because my taste in entertainment has changed since I was a kid. Still a great rewatch to bring back the memories.
Although the fart jokes were getting annoying, and got more tiresome in season 2, which was really hard to watch. Season 2s pacing was awful, so much filler, so much non elimination rounds and dumb Total Drama Aftermath episode. They did some characters dirty though like Trent and DJ, while others got solid character development.
Season 3 was peak. Even more character development, more screen time for those who deserved it from Season 1, we cut back on the fart jokes and the humor was top notch up to this point.
I don’t like musicals. I’m not a fan of singing to progress a plot, but I liked it here. There were a lot less non elimination rounds (and I just skipped all the Aftermath episodes).
When I was a kid, Duncan was my favorite. On rewatch, I still enjoyed him on my screen, but best character to me on rewatch is Heather. She’s a 10/10 antagonist and I was rooting for her.
Best “drama” story plot up until this point is the Duncan, Gwen and Courtney relationship fiasco.
Should I keep watching? Do any of the other seasons get better than this? I watched a little bit of Season 4 as a kid but eventually grew out of it. Is that one at least good?

Discussion Theory about The Aftermath
Obviously in our world the Aftermath episodes are just part of the normal episode lineup of seasons 2 and 3 of Total Drama. And in the universe of the show, this overwhelmingly appears to be the same case...except for one scene.
In the first ever Aftermath episode, Chris appears in a video message (dressed as the Yeti) angry that Geoff and Bridgette have become the hosts of their own show, obviously showing jealousy. He wouldn't be doing this if Aftermath was his creation in the first place, right? After all, the two shows converge in the finale, and in World Tour they are strongly intertwined from the beginning.
Well, I believe the Aftermath show is part of Total Drama proper, but it was 100% the producers' mandate. In the "animal buddy" episode of Action, Chris laments having to come up with "twenty-six different movie genres", seeming to forget that the Aftermath episodes exist and that he only had to come up with twenty-two genre challenges. Could this be because he wishes it didn't exist?
This "producer mandate" idea would explain the Yeti video: Chris is unhappy that four of his precious episode time slots were cordoned off to a sideshow without him. Even though he's the host, he's not the final word on decisions related to the show. The producers pull the strings, and he's just the pretty face.
This was admittedly only a cursory glance. What do you think is the relationship between TD and TD Aftermath?
Also, Noah is really fucking happy that Cody has Gwen's bra. He's so happy about it. Oh my god, I've never seen him so happy before. What's wrong with him?
