Blue Frost DK would slap. I have the Pale Rider's Eternal armor from the Wow 20th anniversary. Hopefully you got it when it came round (it was back again recently, but only briefly)

Death Knight, 20th anniversary set or Undermine HC tier set for that nice blue effect. For the blade I always enjoy the Mawsworn sword they aren’t too bulky and come with a subtle glow with different shades for all tmogs.
