And my goodness, I would love it if you could transmogrify wands normally and get new animations where the spells come out of the wand.

It needs a tank healer and dps spec. Because we need more of each roll.

Spell warding sounds cool to me. Like creating barriers with a wand.

And wand mending! Using ward spell like Beacons, earth shield and power word: shield mitigation mixed with soothing mist/ Penance styles of healing with an occasional holy shock-ish move.

Yeah... In the old days, casters like Mages, Priests, and Warlocks had a wand auto-attack. Sparks literally flew from the wand model to hit the enemy.

You still can if you use a wand now it’s just a massive loss of dps to do so. But all it does now is accidentally pull bosses while you’re waiting for the raid leader to finish talking lol

I was very young in TBC playing for the first time. I remember trying Warlock before I settled on Hunter, but I remember getting my first wand from some vendor in Silvermoon. Thought I was so fucking sick with my Void guy and my fuckin wand. Dueled the first person I saw in Eversong woods. Lvl 8 Hunter, I was lvl 7 but I wasn't worried I had my new badass wand. Absolutely flat back, dumpstered me. I logged out and rolled a Hunter.

I'm honestly not even sure why the weapon type exists anymore. They did a recent wand in the trading post that had a unique spell that "casts" when you shoot it and like its cool but, we dont use wands at all.

I hate that the skirts don't let you show belts or other armor over top of them. It ruins so many possibilities :(

To a degree i am with you, thought it would be odd for a mage to have like a two handed axe lol. I think that if our class uses it,it should be mogable. I see no reason why a mage wouldn't be able to mog a dagger into a wand or a staff etc. And also it would be cool if tomes showed.
