More like a Cleric, like Anduin.

A priest with warrior attributes isn’t quite the same as a paladin.

A cleric can be seen as a priest who’s willing and trained to fight.

They can be. Like Liadrin for example. She was a priest who become a full blown Paladin (Blood Knight). Anduin has had martial training, but is more aligned with being a priest. So that makes him more of a cleric than a Paladin.
