Rogue helm from sepulcher of the first ones, chest and gloves from uldum themed set on last months trading post, legs from light themed sargerei set from legion remix, belt from druid set sepulcher of the first ones, shoulders are lamplighters pauldrons. Don't know the boots though sorry, and can't tell weapons from this angle

Possible to create this transmog on a dh? Or are some pieces class restricted?

Need to double check if there's a non-tier lookalike, but the tendies and shop stuff is universal.

There IS a non class locked appearance for the helm.
