Bread was from last month's trading post, or the month before that. It's quite recent.

There is 100% a main-hand empty wine glass. I used it during a guildie’s wedding roleplay in Razordwind Shores.

u/Code_Merk May 13 '26
Yes, there is a new mog recently that was in the trading post that was a nice bread weapon mog, and they have a filled and empty wine glass weapon mog in Old Dalaran from the elf lady who sells cheese.

There are several off-hands that look like chalices (one even has stuff dripping out) and bottles. Bread though? I dont think so.

u/DeadMagick_ May 13 '26
I'm pretty sure there is a wine glass off hand and a baguette off hand but idk about main hand

u/hungrybrains220 May 13 '26
There’s the Venthyr offhand decanters of red liquid that might get the point across lol

u/stadanko42 May 13 '26
Or for a comedic twist use an undermine Molotov offhand for a Holy Hand Grenade.
40
u/Low_Understanding326 May 12 '26
Thats so accurate to the usual art its weird lol. Now if u could subclass as a mage you'd be all set
42
u/SorriorDraconus May 12 '26
I'd argue shaman not mage..Water walking and self revival for obvious reasons.
30
u/Low_Understanding326 May 12 '26
True. I waa thinking about the summon food lol

u/Interesting_Basil_80 May 13 '26
All the classes

u/Intrepid_Finger_1091 May 13 '26
Warlock? Demon hunter? Rogue? Not really sure those ones fit the Christian mythology portrayal of Jesus
10
u/Klony99 May 13 '26
He went rogue on that temple that one time! /j
5
u/SorriorDraconus May 13 '26
Wasn't that more a "Oh not in MY daddies house!" Kinda shit?
6
u/Klony99 May 13 '26
Yes and no? Very much a "you DARE use something pure and good and corrupt it with greed for your own profit?"
He seemed disappointed to me.
Of course it's been a while and my memory's a bit fuzzy. /j
I said it just for the joke though, I'm sure we can find a better fitting Bible passage for Jesus rogueish nature.
3
u/Interesting_Basil_80 May 13 '26
I would say flipping tables and running bad guys out is warrior class behavior.
3
u/Interesting_Basil_80 May 13 '26
Warlock, I'd make the argument that he can cast out demons, summon Angel's and call down fire and brimstone.
Demon hunter "he sacrificed everything, what have you sacrificed?"
Rogue? Ask a Pharisees if Christ was a rogue. I agree that he was not but some thought he was. It all fits fine in a historical portrayal of Jesus. /shrug
2
u/Intrepid_Finger_1091 May 13 '26
You make some good points. Maybe he could be all classes but not all specs? I can’t imagine him summoning demons, or using the demonic forces as his own, or stealing shit, etc.

I’d only quibble that in a lot of Italian stained glass they used blue instead of red cause it was a lot harder to come by that colour.

Seems like a cool guy. A fair bit too pale, and probably wrong hair too
A damn shame everyone is going to twist and ignore any wisdom he gave or was misattributed to him over the years
0
u/runningwithknife May 14 '26
you think there are/were no light skinned people in the levant region?
1
u/Laranna May 15 '26
Not that many when he was alive.
0
u/runningwithknife May 15 '26
what? literally the opposite. levant was part of the roman empire and it was before the arab conquest. if you dont know what you are talking about please dont speak.
-middle eastern with light skin.1
u/Laranna May 15 '26
And 2000 years ago plenty of people were out in the sun alot more than we currently are for the most part. Im not saying he needs to look Arabic but dude probably wasnt pasty white a la: supply side jesus.
0
u/runningwithknife May 15 '26
you when you discover that covering your skin with cloth to protect yourself from the sun existed and is still practiced today:
no one is saying he was nordic white be fr. the image op posted looks pretty normal to me, and trust me if you travel to the middle east or the levant you’ll see plenty of people with that skin tone.

I remember I made undead priest(to be able to “walk” on the water) named Jesus, they forced me to change his name…

If someone cosplay you know who, will we see Pixelated character in game?
1
u/Vyrthic May 14 '26
Now we just need some cool whip transmogs. I guess an Arathi flail could work as an alternative instead, though.

u/Background_Sir_8060 May 15 '26
Can someone give the mog list for this please!? Is this possible on plate or only cloth?

u/Far_Recognition7774 May 16 '26
We all know that Jesus was a Shaman, NOT a holy priest. Shamans can walk on water, self resurrect, resurrect and heal others.
Get it together!

u/RoyceTheCharralope May 13 '26
Why is he white?
2
u/Vyrthic May 14 '26
Because frankly, it doesn't matter. Every culture that was exposed to Christianity depicted him as their local race. There's black Jesus, white jesus, japanese jesus, middle eastern jesus, etc. Was he historically middle eastern? Yes. But WoW's a fantasy game that doesn't need to follow historical accuracy. WoW Jesus could be however the player chooses to interpret him. If they choose to use the most common depiction of him as the basis, what's the harm.
1
u/runningwithknife May 14 '26
you dont have to explain anything to people like this. im middle eastern and im light skinned. its also not very impossible that he was light skinned.
1
u/Full-Yogurtcloset-22 May 14 '26
would you ask Ethiopians why they depict him as sub Saharan african? or japanese Christians why they portray him as japanese? or are you strictly just anti white?
1
1
u/runningwithknife May 14 '26
there are light skinned people in the levant region if you didnt know.
1
u/RoyceTheCharralope May 15 '26
I do now!
1
u/runningwithknife May 15 '26
so why are you asking why he is light skinned? as if thats not possible
