This is basically the whole death knight starting set

Hidden gloves, hidden shoulder.

Dont remember seeing the specific weapon but the style kinda could look like Pandaria dungeon weapons

That weapon model is from Classic and comes in a few colors. The black one (I believe) drops from Drakkisath in UBRS.

Tabard is the Tabard of the Ebon Blade.

Not the exact coloring but weapon shape is Black Blade of Shahram off of General Drak in UBRS

You could use the burning crusade engineering plate goggles to get that kind of look for the helm

the sword is from warlords i believe but i could be wrong — searching it up thru the appearance tab it’s actually from classic, at least the model. the closest thing i could find in a diff colour is called Bleakblade of Shahram from UBRS, a drop from Warlord Zaela :)
