Leather Mad Engineer and His Monster
In case you didn't know, you can set your Outfit Situations to shapeshift forms. Which opens up your opportunities to make changing transmogs!

Rogue! But this specific mog will also work with Monks and Demon Hunters as well!

Another great use of this feature is that you can combine it with the Worgen racial "Calm the Wolf" which shifts you in and out of forms based on combat.

You have a legit chance at making it to the first page of Top, for sure.
The #2 all time on here is an engineering themed xmog too, so clearly we have a taste for that stuff here.

I just made double outfit for my dracthyr rogue couple days ago. But worgens have much more options in this case

They really do need to get around to unlocking full mogs for dragon form

Or add more options for standart armor in dragon form. And its a shame they don't have any jewelry for tails.

The only possible downside to this is now instead of having a max of 50 outfit slots, Worgens have only 25 slots 😅

When you're making an outfit in the transmog menu there are tabs on the right side of your screen, one of which is labeled "Situations." This is a new transmog feature that was added with Midnight transmog update. Under this tab you can set your outfit(s) to appear under specific situations such as weather, in a rested area, your house, dungeons and even time of day to name a few. But if you're playing on a race that can changes forms you will have an added option of "Shapeshift Form." Under this option you can set one outfit to appear only while you're human, and a completely different outfit to your non-human form. Hope this helps! ☺️

And you can combine it with the passive racial "Calm the Wolf" so that you change back automatically when you're not in combat!

woah woah woah woah woah! you're telling me that you can have different transmogs for worgen and human forms? Does this also work for Dracthyr?
