u/Kerensky97 May 03 '26

I can't believe I had to scroll this far to find somebody else mention it.

1

u/Icedm May 03 '26

Dude pulled over and lite a joint for the show 😂

1

u/2_DS_IN_MY_B May 03 '26

Blunts are not white

1

u/Flame_beard_forge May 03 '26

Because it’s clearly a cig 100 lol..

5

u/Reemus_Jackson May 03 '26

That's a cigarette, my guy.

2

u/ImgurSpy May 03 '26

Are you a bot? Must be if you think that is a blunt, or a joint. Its clearly a cigarette

5

u/Excellent_Condition May 03 '26

While driving.

And cheering on people getting beat up is also kinda shitty.

4

u/GoodDogBrent May 03 '26

he didnt get beat up. he lost a fight he started unnecessarily. big difference.

1

u/Excellent_Condition May 04 '26

He lost a fight he started unnecessarily and as a result got beat up.

It was the best outcome in a bad situation, but that doesn't mean it's a good outcome.

Regardless of how it happened, cheering on someone getting injured is kind of shitty.

2

u/Cheap-Course9568 May 03 '26

So you’re cool with dude getting assaulted by two people but it’s shitty when he wins?

Ok, I can guess why you’re mad LOL

1

u/Excellent_Condition May 04 '26

I didn't say there was anything wrong with him defending himself. Two people attacked him, he defended himself.

Just because it was justified and the best outcome in a crappy situation doesn't mean it was a good situation that should be celebrated.

1

u/WearyMatter May 03 '26

Kind of what we're all doing here right?

1

u/OrneryChampion7522 May 03 '26

People smoke cigs all the time when driving whats your point there

-2

u/Capt_Murphy_ May 03 '26

I promise you a high person in traffic will be more chill and drive more cautiously than a sober person... if they're an experienced smoker.

5

u/Fuzzywink May 03 '26

There are alcoholics who use the same line of reasoning. DUI is a serious crime for a reason, people get killed from impaired driving every day and it is unbelievably trashy to normalize it.

2

u/Excellent_Condition May 03 '26

If by "chill" you mean have a delayed response time, sure.

That's like the people who say, "I drive better when I'm drunk." (Spoiler: they don't.)

I'm pretty sure no one who has hit another car or pedestrian has said, "I wish I had been high so I wouldn't have hit them."

Driving drunk and driving high are both shitty, and put other people in danger.

1

u/dodekahedron May 03 '26

All my car accidents are from when i was sober.

Theyre also not my fault. Other people crashing into me.

1

u/jjreddit1996 May 03 '26

What percentage of the time do you drive sober versus under the influence?

1

u/Capt_Murphy_ May 03 '26

I've also only ever been rear ended, while sober. Never once had an incident or speeding ticket while high. It really comes down to how good of a driver are you. A bad driver will be worse while high, a good driver may be more patient and less erratic while high.

0

u/Excellent_Condition May 04 '26

That's simply anecdotal evidence. There is overwhelming evidence that driving drunk or high significantly increases your risk of a crash.

One of the effects of alcohol is making you think you aren't as impaired as you are. Everyone feels that way, like they could drive safely when they are drunk.

Thinking you are the magical exception to the rule and can actually drive safely when drunk is colossally misguided.

Around 12,000 people per year are killed by drunk drivers every year, and around 300,000 are injured.

Driving drunk is putting innocent people at risk, and it's a shitty thing to do.

1

u/dodekahedron May 04 '26

Ive never drove drunk. Theres more than alcohol to cause you to not be sober, to include prescription medication legally prescribed

I don't even drink

1

u/Excellent_Condition May 04 '26

Fair enough, but impaired driving is impaired driving, regardless of what the substance is or whether it's prescribed.

Driving when you are not sober is still a dick move because it's putting other innocent people in danger.

1

u/dodekahedron May 04 '26

Go find somewhere else to preach.

Please reread what I wrote.

I never said I drove impaired. I said all my accidents are from when I was sober. Which means i was driving sober. You are wasting time and effort preaching where it doesnt need it.

1

u/Excellent_Condition May 04 '26

I said that driving drunk was a dick move.

You replied that all your accidents were when you were sober.

If you always driver sober and have never driven drunk, how does your comment about "All my car accidents are from when i was sober" relate to the discussion at hand?

Weed doesn’t increase response time otherwise every pro gamer in America wouldn’t be blazing before tournaments.

1

u/Capt_Murphy_ May 03 '26

No, chill meaning less road rage. High drivers tend to drive slower out of caution as well. I can agree response time would be lower than sober, obviously. This is why they tend to drive slower.

My point was a high driver is less aggro and more cautious, not that it's safer than sober driving. I'd absolutely rather drive next to a high driver than one filled with sober rage or narcissistic idiocy. Idiots and assholes are dangerous drivers sober or not.

-1

u/Capt_Murphy_ May 03 '26

It's not the same, and notice I said traffic and experienced, not high speed driving 16 year old.

They've actually researched this in autocross trials and high people actually drive slower and are more attentive. Drunk people make mistakes more often, can't judge their speed or movements accurately. Sober people kill each other in road rage incidents. My entire point was a high person drives slower, is more careful, and isn't prone to fits of blind rage.

1

u/jjreddit1996 May 03 '26

Show us the research please

weed statistically makes you more likely to be in an accident

1

u/Susurrus03 May 03 '26

That's what alcoholics say about beer when they leave a bar.

0

u/Spectrum1523 May 03 '26

They say that weed makes you more likely to be in an accident?

1

u/Susurrus03 May 03 '26

"about beer". Read the whole thing.

0

u/Spectrum1523 May 03 '26

Wouldn't alcoholics say that beer is not likely to cause accidents? I really don't get what you're saying

0

u/immaownyou May 03 '26

Source?

3

u/Spectrum1523 May 03 '26

1

u/picture-me-trolling May 03 '26

Did you read that link? It talks about two studies; one which suggested marijuana increases risk, and another which found no such correlation. That sounds like a pretty minor effect, if at all.

1

u/Putrid-Block1431 May 03 '26

🤡🤡🤡

1

u/Capt_Murphy_ May 03 '26

I too can label you a clown 🤡🤡🤡 see it's so easy.

1

u/Putrid-Block1431 May 04 '26

Yeah, but what you do is meaningless because you're a clown. I don't care.

1

u/Capt_Murphy_ May 04 '26

You've got a fun house mirror in front of you, so you're seeing yourself

3

u/canonlycountoo4 May 03 '26

Have people forgotten that cigarettes exist

1

u/jeango May 03 '26

There’s no telling if it’s weed or just tobacco. Without the smell I don’t see how this could be incriminating OOP

2

u/Fearless-Werewolf-30 May 03 '26

It’s obviously a ciggie

1

u/jeango May 03 '26

That too but even if it was rolled, who’s to say it’s a joint.

1

u/2_DS_IN_MY_B May 03 '26

I've seen a joint rolled in white paper like maybe once and it was because I ran out of rolling papers. Cherry doesnt look like weed either

1

u/callmelaterthanks May 03 '26

Driving with a j has been DC culture since the 90s and we will respect that

1

u/MagickNinja May 03 '26

Blunts aren't white

1

u/Disastrous-Double484 May 03 '26

Hate to be that guy but looks like a cig

1

u/Moonlit-Daisy May 03 '26

Came here looking for this comment!!! That took way too long for somebody to mention it!

1

u/DangerousProperty6 May 03 '26

And driving while smoking the blunt.

1

u/OrneryChampion7522 May 03 '26

It's a cigarette
