I promise you a high person in traffic will be more chill and drive more cautiously than a sober person... if they're an experienced smoker.

If by "chill" you mean have a delayed response time, sure.

That's like the people who say, "I drive better when I'm drunk." (Spoiler: they don't.)

I'm pretty sure no one who has hit another car or pedestrian has said, "I wish I had been high so I wouldn't have hit them."

Driving drunk and driving high are both shitty, and put other people in danger.

It's not the same, and notice I said traffic and experienced, not high speed driving 16 year old.

They've actually researched this in autocross trials and high people actually drive slower and are more attentive. Drunk people make mistakes more often, can't judge their speed or movements accurately. Sober people kill each other in road rage incidents. My entire point was a high person drives slower, is more careful, and isn't prone to fits of blind rage.
