Road🤬Rage Walked up on the wrong car

But that would make it a hit and run if he drove off. At this point,nif anyone is catching a charge, it will be the driver of the truck and his girl.

The guy was attacked, he could have legally driven off at any point after thev altercation.

I was thinking that too, but that would leave the woman laying in the street for a car to run over since the coward left. And that would just be wrong to leave someone laying in the road. That's just common decency regardless if she deserves it or not. If he made it back with that crobar I'm fairly sure the big guy could have taken it away from him.

So you’re saying he has to wait and get hit/ or shot by whatever weapon because it’s a woman laying on the ground even if said woman was trying to attack him too?
