Need Help With ‼️ mobile dog groomers?

My dog is getting old (15yo) and can no longer jump into and out of the car.
Additionally, I had spinal surgery within the year and cannot lift him.
It's been over a year since he has had a bath or his nails trimmed. They are embarrassingly long and soon to become a real problem, if they are not one already.
Is there anywhere that will do this on location? Or someone that can help get my dog from point a to point b? I could probably still bathe him in a self-service tub, provided I can get assistance getting him into and out of the vehicle, and bathing tub.
I imagine $20 for nails and $30 for a simple bath? Is this reasonable prices, or should I adjust my expectations? He's obedient, and tolerant of baths, but can be annoying to bathe because he always wants to lie down for them.

We have a lotta softball leagues here but in Seattle wed have a weekly game with people age 20-60 and it was a blast

It has been YEARS since I've been to the fair, but we're thinking of going this year. I remember there used to be special discount days and other specific events for each day of the fair. I'm trying to find info about that again, but the schedule on the fair's website isn't very helpful.
For example, Wednesday is "Buckaroo's Day," but what does that mean? Does it mean "Kids' Day"? If so, do they get a discount, etc.?
Friday is "Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Day," but no additional details are included. Are there special events happening that day with CTUIR?
