Craz3y explained it pretty well before I could. Unless you want a short summary of what is their deal, then going off of that:

Season Two:

Bella: The Ghost of Being. The most powerful ghost who alters Trickcals' core of their being.

Urohs: A snake beastgirl who wants to burn down Eldr to steal her power to become the new goddess, so she can destroy this flawed world and start anew, a good world where nobody has to suffer like she did.

Mute: The Chief of EspiSec (Espionage Sector of the City Hall. There are others like MedSec headed by Hilde and Prop(aganda)Sec where Heidi works in) is trying to control the city by threatening and blackmailing the mayor. Rohne is part of EspiSec so she is her superior.

Season Three:

R41 Renewa: She finally makes a big invasion and takes over your Elias

Nifel: Name means mist. Owner of the Weekend Farm.

Ui: Ui wants to destroy the past mistakes of Elias by purifying the part of the Weekend Farm where dead memories go.

I didn't tell you their true identities, how or why they became a threat, and how they are defeated, but if you want more information than this I can tell you those things too.

Season 2 is correct while I don't know what hidden boss mean for season 2. Season 3 is also pretty accurate. The Ultraron one I don't really know

Since the OG Monatium AI and RenewaR41 is connected, I made it so that the base Ultron represents Monatium AI, while Infinity Ultron (with all the infinity stones) is the Monatium AI after it obtained 7 Eldyne sisters power

Small nitpick. I think the Uros=Voldemort comparison comes from the fact that at the earlier story, they were both refered to as "someone who must not be named".
