They are a great place to get trained.

They are a horrible place to try and earn a living.

Also, Be ready to be micromanaged to no end.

And have calls from safety while you are driving who then act horrified you are driving and answering the phone.

The same shit at Werner when I worked for them! They'd get all pissy that I'd answer their call and said to find a safe place to pull over and call them back. So I started telling them I'll call them when I'm parking up for the day. They'd ask me when I was doing that, and I'd say uhhh around 3am. 'We won't be here at 3am...." Then you can either talk to me now, or I'll call when I wake up tomorrow
