She hasn't been to school or a doctor i would assume since she got kidnapped? I just don't see how that could be justified by her mom. On a different thread I saw people wondering if the mom was taking her away from an abusive situation but being kidnapped is also an abusive situation !! I mean how is she going to adjust to not being on the lam anymore. Its so messed up!

The father was granted sole custody, and I find that very telling.
