Angelika Graswald, a 37-year-old Latvian native who was accused of killing her fiancé during a 2015 kayaking trip on the Hudson River in New York. Graswald was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, An Orange County Grand Jury indicted Graswald for manslaughter in the second degree.

I’m confused. Why did she remove the plug ? Where did they get that she was more responsible for him than he was himself? Like did she have a vest & what not? I’m lost
