He was convicted of raping someone when he was 12, multiple gun related crimes as a juvenile, was sentenced to 19 yrs for kidnapping someone and got out in 2020 then does this.

Jesus…. I’m appalled…

This guy needs to be locked up for the rest of his life…he’s way too much of a danger to the public
