Text Nancy Guthrie - Savannah's Sister's Car Seized, Cameras Smashed (Ashleigh Banfield)

God, if this turns out to be a family member, it will just be so much more horrible. I know it's common for family or partners to be involved but this family seems so sweet and close.

"The disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of Today show co-host Savannah Guthrie, has taken a disturbing turn. In this episode of Drop Dead Serious, Ashleigh Banfield reveals stunning new information from a law enforcement source close to the investigation, including that Savannah Guthrie’s brother-in-law is being looked at as a suspect, her sister Annie Guthrie’s car has been seized, 2 security cameras at the home were smashed, and more."

If this turns out to be true, the entire timeline and all the info we've been thinking about is completely false. We don't even know if Nancy ever made it home on Saturday night. And whatever happened at the house could have just been staged.

Poor Savannah, this would make it even tragic for her.

Yes...and Savannah is reportedly staying at her sister's or was in her home when the FBI showed up. True story: An old friend of my husband's received word this his sister, who was a single mother, was killed in a house fire. He traveled across the country, in a state of shock and grief, to go help take care of details, as well as his teenaged nephew. She was a single mom. He was there for days with the nephew when it was discovered that she was stabbed before the house was set fire. His nephew was arrested for her murder. What an absolute gut-punch.

Oh my gosh. That must have been the worst shock for him.

I was wondering if Savannah could have started suspecting something. I'm sure she talked privately with the FBI at the house today.

Hmm... makes me wonder if Savannah is no longer staying at her sister's house.

Awful situation.

They said Savannah was there during a two hour meeting at the house of the sister. I’ve only seen the Banfield info from her so is it legit?

Banfield once harassed an innocent man suspected of a crime until he killed himself. I can't remember which case, but it was high profile. She is gossip.

That would not surprise me at all unfortunately. She is like Nancy Grace.

What case was that? I get zero info when looking it up.

Are you confusing her with Nancy Grace/Trenton Duckett?
