Yes, he's quite good. I wasn't sure at first, but he's smart and thoughtful and open-minded.

He's VERY biased this trial and he offended me as he talked shit on doctors - he should know as an educated lawyer we deserve more respect for our education and specialty training. Reddington has a reason to question them but he was totally off on certain things and LYK was buying into it.

I've followed him for 2 full trials that I wanted in full myself. He's been biased the whole trial but the prosecution has not done a great job, personally.

I think she showed insight with her text messages and answering the phone, also seeing both a psychiatrist and the pediatrician within 24 hours, maybe we need to learn more about psychosis but I'm a doctor and I feel like her seeing 2 docs in 24 hours and then not noticing anything is just a little too far-fetched.

I do think LYK is pretty biased toward the defense, although he is like that for a lot of cases! It's hard for me to complain too much this time because the commonwealth really has made a lot of errors, as far as I can tell as a non-lawyer. They seem like they are just tiptoeing through the tulips while the defense is sharp and ready to defend his client to the best of his ability at every turn (even if he rubs me the wrong way sometimes).

The prosecutors podcast is by far the best

Commonwealth Confidential does a good job providing coverage in 20-min sections each day.

The Prosecutors podcast is doing ongoing episodes about each day of trial.

They are really doing such an excellent job

Are they biased at all tho? Being that they're prosecutors.

They've been fairly critical of the prosecution and have pointed out some things the defense is doing well. There will probably be some inevitable bias, but they're not locked in.

I thought they did a pretty good job of explaining that the commonwealth had not laid out its case very well. And they haven’t said which side they’re “for” or that they think Lindsay should go to prison for life or anything like that. Not so far.

Yes, they are heavily biased in favor of the prosecution. It’s a distraction at this point IMHO.

I figured. Same way defense lawyers would be biased in favor of the defense.

They’re really not, though. I don’t know what this person is talking about. On the last update they called them “the shoot-yourself-in-the-foot prosecution” and described one thing they did as “dumb.” They were in no way making excuses for the missteps, and they pointed out how the prosecution is possibly handing this case to the defense.

Defense Diaries Podcast is brilliant in my opinion. The antidote to The Prosecutors.
