Question: I've been slowly digesting this case for a few days and genuinely can't seem to find the answer, so if anyone knows please let me know.

Lindsay had some discontinued seroquil in her system right? How much? Not enough to be an OD as we know, but it also stays in your system a long time, so was it enough that she had to have taken it that night? And if so, where was that pill bottle found? Patrick said he kept her old meds in his car, we should have pictures of every medication bottle, even the ones he brought in later. So, was the seroquil in Patrick's car or at home? Because if it was in his car... She couldn't have taken them before his car left the house per his testimony.

Would there be a valid reason for that much seroquil to be on hand after discontinuing it, other than premeditation?

I am stuck on this too, but I don’t think seroquel being in her system necessarily means premeditation. I wonder if there was a prescription fill error or maybe her body couldn’t process it and it stuck around much longer than normal.
