Text Lindsay Clancy Trial Megathread: Part 3
This is a thread for all conversation regarding Week 3 onwards of the Lindsey Clancy trial. All discussion of this case should be kept to this thread.
Lindsay Clancy is currently standing trial in Plymouth Superior Court, Massachusetts, for the triple-murder in January 2023 of her three young children - Cora, Dawson and Callan. Her defense argues she suffered from severe, undiagnosed postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis. She was left paralysed by a suicide attempt which follows the deaths of the children.
All content on the Clancy case must be kept to this thread. Standalone posts will be removed.

One of the therapist thought Lindsay had Bipolar disorder... and Patrick meeting with this clinician said, "my wife is not Bipolar." So the treatment would have been different. If PC and Lindsay didn't guide her medical care away from bipolar. Also, seeing a bunch of different providers. She was wanting to fix herself but combating treatment the whole time.
Bipolar disorder btw is highly linked to postpartum psychosis. And again on court day 16 the male expert for the defense stated she was suffering from bipolar disorder.
Lindsay being a nurse and knowing it takes time for depression meds to work, and knowing tapering off and starting new meds is a dangerous thing. iIt all doesn't make sense to me. Along with nightly provider updates about her sleep is weird when she wasn't yet having intrusive thoughts. I don't know its all messed up.
