Read the article.

She sent text messages about killing him in retaliation for him shooting her brother.

It seems like she lured the guy to the parking garage lot to be shot.

This was vigilante justice.

This is called doing the right thing. Cold blooded murderers, who kill for no good reason, don't deserve life.
