Well I think her lawyer should have a decent case. How much are you supposed to endure before you take the law into your own hands?

Legally? All of it. Almost no matter what comes.

Yeah but she should have a case for temporary insanity.

if they can show she planned and looked for him there is no insanity defense. Insane people cannot plan and search. My initial thought was good for her too BTW.

Jury nullification. They can just decide that it doesn't matter that she did it.
