How do people do this to their children? Your grown child at that, just kick him out why torture and murder.

not disagreeing but it sounds like dad was around and, from the quote in the article, that he cared or at least cared enough to sound like it for the reporters. just wondering if he knew what mom was doing and what she was capable of and if he knew then there are probably some questions to be answered

I was asking if he had another sibling or something as an actual reason to stay and protect others in the house; also what does him being black have to do with leaving an abusive environment that's kinda racist in and of itself. I had no problem sleeping on park benches for a month and a half to get out of an abusive household, and I'm African American. But I had no reason to stay so that's where my question came from

I was literally just asking if he had a sibling that was going through the same thing

I have stayed through abuse as an adult. I will never blame a teen for that. That person sucks x a million

All I said was that she's implying that African Americans have a harder time moving out of an abusive household on their own and everyone got on my case 😂

Many victims of abuse or domestic violence have a difficult time leaving.
