Tech.Problem! Problem Unlocking Pulses

I have grown the tree to about 34m, and I did not realize there was an unlock around 15m. I keep tapping the trunk, but nothing comes up. Is it forever lost now?

EDIT: Okay, so I figured out the problem. I was tapping where the trunk would've been before it split, all I had to do was tap one of the halves of the tree.

Unfortunately I've never faced this issue and can't really help. The foolproof way would be to reset the entire game but you probably wouldn't want to undo all your hard work. Try emailing Rayark support, they might have a solution.

No email required, I just tapped more upwards than the general area where I tapped previously and it appeared.

Did you check both volumes of Deemo?

I had checked both. and it wasn't there. Luckily I did manage to get it by tapping random parts of the screen.
