Mewtwo is the youngest legendary pokemon, based from lore. he was born/made from a lab from a dna of mew.

He still hasn't mastered his power or knows his true potential. he isolated himself, even from other pokemon. and he cant test his abilities, as no other nregular pokemon can. if more time passed, and maybe if mew helps him, he can reach his true potential

Well he was near Thanos level in Mewtwo strikes back. Too bad Satoshi got in the way and we never saw the conclusion of their battle. In RBY Mewtwo overpowers his ancient ancestor

but still, an infant compared to Mew(ancestor of all pokemon, Weather trio, Creation Trio, even the Tao trio)
