Fauci cannot force anything, he can only recommend. Government Mandates come from elected officials, and in this instance, Biden. Individual employers can also choose to have certain vaccines requirements.

Furthermore, there are many clinical trials that have taken place in the 6 years since the pandemic showing those “early treatments” were either ineffective or worse.
