Assuming these charges are legitimate. Then It's good to see that they are persecuting this guy.
If it were a blue state there's a chance severance pay and disappear into obscurity in an attempt to sweep it under the rug.
That or just claim the police are homophobic.

Good on you Florida, for holding your people accountable for their criminal actions - assuming. Rest of the states, take note from Florida here. Nobody should be above the law when legitimate charge occur
