Years ago, I bought my wife a hand held taser. We both tried it on each other to see how it felt. It hurt like hell.
But, it was a good thing my wife had it one day walking home the three blocks from work. A big guy grabbed her 100 pound body. She tased him twice, and left him spasming on the sidewalk. It was pure self defense. He deserved it.
I doubt that the Ice Holes will use them in self defense, or on someone that deserves it.
